The silencer comes with European approval and an removable db killer.
Placing this slip-on eliminates the catalytic converter.
With this slip-on, the exhaust valve is omitted and the engine will give an error message.
One option is to take a dummy or exhaust valve eliminator. This will fool the ECU and make the ECU think the valve is still working.
